  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. Name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification are required within 48 hours of booking or GoodNight Stay may cancel the booking without penalty.

Fees and Payments

  • Optional pool heat is available for $100/night and must be arranged for the full duration of the stay. Minimum 5 days' notice from check-in is required to add this amenity.
  • Air mattresses: 1 complimentary; $50 for 1 additional air mattress.
  • Maximum of 2 pets under 35lbs each, $100 fee per pet required. (Note: Property allows up to 99 pets according to internal data; see conflicts section)
  • Pack & Play and high chair: 1 complimentary set included. Additional equipment available for rent; please inquire for details. These are add-ons and not included in the reservation.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Kick-start amenities are provided for kitchens and bathrooms:
